In October 2022, the EDIH DIGI-SI was officially launched. DIGI-SI as an EDIH will foster the digital transformation of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), start-ups, scale-ups and Public Administration (PAs) in four strategic priority areas identified in the forthcoming Slovenian smart specialisation strategy (S5): Agri-food, Health, Tourism and Manufacturing.
Two open calls had been organised within the FF4EuroHPC Project, with the aim to create two tranches of application experiments within diverse industry sectors. The second Open Call was opened on 22nd June 2021 and will be closed on 29th September 2021. The indicative total funding budget is € 5 Mio.
The key concept behind FF4EuroHPC is to demonstrate to European SMEs ways to optimize their performance with the use of advanced HPC (High Performance Computing) services. Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) and related stakeholders will discuss small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) needs on big data and Artificial Intelligence and how to reinforce the ecosystem of DIHs towards an efficient and competitive European economy in these areas.
